Captain
At Captain you qualify for your subdomain, where you can post your own blogs or
run your own web applications like forums or wiki's. Post your own videos and design

General
At the level of General, you have made around 100M GP and demonstrated technical
skill, goal setting, training, administration and diplomacy skills. Generals have
a strong say in the way that the website, clan chat and forums are run.
