Leadership Programme

Objectives

In developing a clan-based leadership system, there are a number of objectives that leaders will be able to

• Master a technical skill (in this case merchanting)
• Reapply skills to In Real Life
• Teach a technical skill
• Give appropriate advice
• Encourage others
• Demonstrate Goal Setting
• Develop an In Real Life Skill and apply it to the website (technical, artistic, administrative, literary ...)
• Demonstrate good Diplomacy and negotiations
• Demonstrate handling conflict and conflict resolution
• Use the resources available to develop their own website content

The Leadership Programme starts at Sergeant level. It is intended that clan members have fun learning these skills.
