The journey of leadership begins with teaching others what you know. At first this
seems like quite a simple thing but quickly you will realise that people dont know
what you do. Also, I have found that the best way to learn something really well is
to teach it to others. This forces you to formalise your thinking patterns and to
have them open to be challenged by others.

- You may resit the test as many times as needed to pass the test (12 month limit)
Learning a technical skill (in this case trading) is easy enough to do but to teach others
how to do the same is a step up. This is a fantastic enviroment to test out your
leadership skills in merching, because in real-world markets, you need a license
before you can do this.
Who should Do This Exam?
If you want to be a ranked member on the Clan Chat Advitica and give advice to other
players then you must first pass this test. A large part of this test are questions
about leadership, not trading. Read this page carefully before continuing as refunds
for the exam are not available.
Before attempting this exam you must:
- Have passed the recruit exam
- Have passed the corporal exam
- Have made at least 25 meaningful posts that are more than a week old

- How to help a beginner in merching
- How to avoid answering a question
- How to diffuse arguments and control your own emotions
- Explain the three key forms of trading and when to use them
- Provide Evidence that you have 10M GP available for trading.
